To develop a detailed 3D model of the existing water treatment plant Pre Water purification system & Post Water purification system for audit, training, and preventive maintenance purposes, ensuring better operational control and regulatory compliance.

Project Challenges
- Data Discrepancies: Gaps between P&IDs and physical observations were resolved through on-site verification, as P&IDs provided were from the plant’s initial setup
- Unclear Instrumentation: Several instruments and devices lacked clarity in their operational relevance, requiring different level management input to decide on their inclusion.
- Complex Layout Mapping: The intricate piping detailing and equipment arrangement posed challenges in accurately reflecting the plant’s layout.
Deliverables
- Detailed 3D Layout with Annotations: Comprehensive 3D model of the water treatment plant, including all equipment, piping, with accurate annotations.
- Process Flow Layout with Visual Indicators: Process flow diagrams integrated into the 3D model, featuring directional arrows to clearly illustrate the movement of water through the system. with required accessories & instrumentation.
- Customized Layout for Employee Training: Tailored 3D model views highlighting specific tasks and areas of responsibility for different employee roles, enhancing operational understanding and efficiency.
