Project Challenge
- Tight Deadline for Model Finalizations: The entire architectural BIM model, along with all revisions, had to be finalized within 40 days. This required efficient coordination with the architect to incorporate feedback promptly and ensure the model met all design requirements
Deliverables
Revit BIM Model: Exterior material details, including precise color codes and wooden elevation patterns, with accurate representation of facade glazing and frame designs.
Basic Landscaping: Integration of elements such as pathways, greenery, and outdoor furniture to enhance the model’s presentation.
Rendered Images: High-quality 3D views showcasing key architectural elements and exterior design features.
